Eleven Is Enough
Description: Wanting to get back to nature, eleven is enough! This is 11 acres of hardwoods along a scenic creek. There are 2 acres out of the 100-year flood zone. Most all low banked creeks get out of their banks during massive rains in this area. This one does not appear to flood nearly like the flood map shows. One could put an RV or cabin on the north end out of the flood zone and enjoy the rest of what this property has to offer. There is a road that leads from the locked entrance down to the creek. This creek is 10-15 wide on average with holes that are 3'-4' plus depth. There is at least 1 spring that runs into Pea Creek.
Recreation: Pea Creek is a gorgeous waterway with plenty of game to hunt. This is an extraordinary place to camp.
Location: This property is 8.5 miles north of Elba, 14 miles southeast of Zion Chapel School, 19 miles south of Luverne, and 23 miles west of Enterprise.
