Clear Springs 83
Description: This is a wonderful property with 20 acres of open field. A few of these acres are pasture that would be suitable for horses or a few cows. There is a high spot in the field with a great view. This looks like a grand home and or barn site overlooking the countryside. In the middle of the property, there are a couple of pond sites. Some say these sites are ideal looking due to the bang for your buck. The topography and the dam material are naturally in the right places to make this less expensive to back up many acres of water. Most of the rest of this property has the topography and soil to be turned into to field or timberland. The majority of this 83 acres is high and dry ground.
There is county water and electricity at the road frontage for easy access. I am told fiber or high-speed internet is on the way. This is zoned New Brockton Schools.
An interesting fact about this particular property may intrigue many of you. On this property, there is an old Baptismal Hole. I heard about this from the older neighbors and sure enough, it exists. Apparently, before large equipment could carve out a round hole in the side of a hill someone created this round pool where a large spring runs out of the hill. Then the spring runs out down to the mainstream. There are remnants of a dock and a pipe. The pipe looks as if it was added more recently.
There is a decent road system that works well for UTV or ATV access around the property.
A new driveway and gate are in the works for the NW end of the 300 ft road frontage.
