The remainder of the property is planted 2-year-old Loblolly Pine that consists of around 36 acres.  The western side of the property is about 20 acres in Barbour County with paved road frontage while the majority of the acreage lies in Henry County with dirt road frontage.

There is plenty of game on this property to hunt. Deer and turkey are known to be in good numbers here.

Location: This property is located 7.5 miles east of Blue Springs,  13 miles west of Abbeville,  and 21 miles north of Ozark.

Access: From The Food Giant in Abbeville head west on AL-10 W/W Washington St for 11.1 miles. Turn right onto Henry County 54 and go 0.3 miles. Turn left onto Henry County 130 and travel  1.3 miles.  Continue onto Jr Williams Road for 0.2 miles. Turn right onto County Road 217 and your destination will be on the left in 135 feet.
